Musical Summary - Oklahoma!

Oklahoma! is a musical based on Lynn Riggs come across Green Grow the Lilacs, and is order by Trevor Nunn. The musical is specify in Oklahoma exactly now outside of the town Clairmoore in 1906. It stars Joesfina Gabrielle as Laurey, Maureen Lipman as auntie Eller, and Shuler Hensley as Jud Fry. This production was take and was broadcasted on public television set in 2003.\nThe play starts murder with Curley walking into the farm of Laurey williams interpret Oh What a Beautiful Morning. The niche Social, a local trip the light fantastic toe including an auction of packed lunches. Curley desires to posit Laurey still he presently finds out she is already difference with Jud Fry. Laurey whence goes to tell Curley that she does non love him or want to go to the knock loving with him, which are both lies she is just afraid to tell Jud she does not want to go with him. Curley then goes and talks to Jud and tries to convince him to give ear himself. By this time Will P arker, who is promised to Ado Annie, comes hold up from a trip to Kansas City, only Annie has already moved on with a carriage. Annie does not know whom she loves and sp give the sacks the quietus of the play going back and forth between the cardinal men. Laurey purchases a magic potion  from the peddler to help her think more clearly, she falls asleep and dreams about marrying Curley before it turns bad and Jud tries to eat him. Laurey has decided she wants to be with Curley, but its too late and she goes to the box social with Jud. Curley shows up to the move with another girl, which upset Laurey. Towards the end of the night the lunches go up for auction and when it gets to Laureys Curley and Jud go chief to head to outbid from each one other for Laurey. Curley ends up exchange all of his belongings but wins Laurey and they soon get get married. A while after the loge Social Curley and Laurey are married and at the reception Jud shows up and him and Curley fight a nd Jud ends up getting stabbed, luckily there was a judge present and they prime Curley not guilty.
